Good location and staff

Good location. Excellent staff. Celso very helpful and good English. Supermarket and cafe next door. Insecticide should be available at all times, otherwise an excellent stay.

The communication with the hotel was not good at all. We booked it last minute because of the airport shuttle. The hotel was not willing to pick us up from the airport. The condition of the hotel was not great and it seemed like it was still under construction. The room was okay, on the smaller side compared to what I expected. The bathroom was not in a good state/condition, seemed unfinished and very small. The bedroom was also not up to standard. The linen was dirty and had various and numerous stains. My brother and I decided to sleep on top of the bed linen as it was not clean enough to sleep under the bed linen. When we went for the “breakfast”, it was in a very small room and did not look clean at all. The hygiene could have been a lot better. The cups were not clean and I noticed a few flies as well. There was no menu for breakfast and when we asked what was for breakfast, there was very little to offer. Overall, the communication from the hotel could have been a lot better.

Considerato il prezzo non ci si può aspettare molto di più. Pulito per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, La struttura denota un certo buon gusto nell’arredo e la volontà di essere moderni, Ma le camere possono andar bene solo per una notte di passaggio. Piccole come i loculi giapponesi, Umidità terribile da dover tenere l’aria condizionata accesa tutta la notte, Senso di claustrofobia. Obbligati a rimanere fuori tutta la giornata.

Finger weg! Das ist ein Stundenhotel, was uns die Mitarbeiterselbst mitteilten! Alles marode, schimmelig, schmutzig und es riecht furchtbar! Die Zimmer haben ein Fenster, das zum Flur geht. Es ist unmöglich, da zu schlafen! Parkplatz kann man vergessen. Das Auto muss draußen auf dem Gehweg mitten im Müll stehen. Über Nacht wird dann alles abgeschraubt, was geht. Eine der schlimmsten Ecken in Maputo! Wir sind ohne checkin geflüchtet, da wir auch noch ein Kind dabei hatten. Geld zurück wurde verweigert, Expedia reagiert auch nicht auf die Reklamation, so dass wir diese stinkende Hölle auch noch bezahlen müssen!
