"We had an excellent experience here. Everything was very clean, there were abundant supplies, and the host was super-responsive. I wondered if they were already typing their response before I hit send - ha!There were two conversation areas which was a bonus. Both had nice sized smart TVs with enough apps loaded to have many choices. The main bedroom also had a good sized TV.It was just a great place to stay and it was so nice to have laundry stuff available so I didn't have to run out and get some. We had a great 5 days there with our Aussie friends and would happily stay there again."

"We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone."
