We did enjoy our stay as it was a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. Very clean upon check-in. 3 adults stayed 4 nights. A few opportunities for improvement: --Numbers to apartment door code in welcome email were transposed, maintenance assisted with access to apartment. --Toilet in "master" bedroom was quite slow/clogged. I emailed evening we arrived and with no response by afternoon next day I called. Toilet was snaked shortly afterwards but never really flushed normally, so we just used the smaller bathroom's toilet. --No hair dryers in apartment per website listing --No soap/shampoo/toiletries in apartment per website listing. --One washcloth upon check-in. Received extra next day when toilet snaked. --Hand soap only in smaller bathroom. --Oven did not work, appeared to not be connected to electricity. Did not attempt to use stove top. Microwave worked. --Recessed lights in kitchen area flickered a lot - We just left them off. It would be very helpful to have a booklet with how to operate curtains, thermostat, TV, where the fitness facility was located, etc (as other -------- or other short stay locations have). It seemed the electric curtains could only be all the way opened or closed. The maintenance man was very friendly and quite cordial, and I appreciated his quick response both times I called for assistance. I would stay again if these "minor" inconveniences were addressed and they would not not occur again.

This hotel is safe for exhibitors who are showing horses at the expo; means a lot when you are traveling solo.

Clean rooms staff very friendly and helpful lots of shops nearby and for the best margaritas it's margaritaville didn't get to try the pool this time but going to do the next time there loved everything about the place but some bars could learn to make a good drink.
