「At check in I had to argue with the person cause she wanted me to pay $10 extra for my 15 year old son. I booked on Expedia and there was no mention of extra charge. She told me to check Expedia and I did, and again nothing saying extra charge. Then she told me it’s on their own website, and I told her that’s ridiculous why would I check there. Only when I said I would leave this in the review she waived the “extra charge.” If you want to charge more then update it in Expedia, don’t hold...

「ベッドメイキングの清掃員がお客さんが乗っているエレベーターにワゴンごと乗ってきてお客さんを待たせるのは初めての経験でした。客室は広く快適ですが、シーツにきれいにアイロンがかかっていない感じだったのと、朝食の質が低かったのは残念でした。」
