"Air conditioner very loud. No security lock on sliding doors to be able to keep it open instead of air conditioner. Couch area is very small and dark, no window. We used the couch bed and was difficult to rearrange the furniture to make it work."

The only thing that was unfortunate was the smell in our room (414), it definitely smelled of cigarette smoke the 2 nights we stayed there. However, the room was very clean and the bed was very cozy. Despite the smell of smoke, we really enjoyed our stay here!"

"This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating."
