「Beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Nice place to stay」

「The space was clean and spacious, however we stayed for two nights and the first night the people living in the home were up until 3:00 in the morning, so we didn't sleep at all. We had to be up early for a sports competition the next day, so our first night was awful. I communicated with the host, and he did fix the issue the second night thankfully.」

「Please avoid this property. Pictures are deceiving. We had booked 2 rooms, and instructions were very unclear. They cancelled the reservations on last movement. And after multiple calls asked to pay more $$ compared to what was listed in Expedia for the same reservations. Difficult to contact, poorly maintained, this place is basically a long term rental with existing tenet that gets listed for short term rental but very poorly managed.」

「Jim was wonderful at checkin but during 2nd day our stay we came back to our room to the overwhelming stench of sewage (not the usual farm fertilizer smell). Straight up sewage. It was severe and we called front desk immediately. They said they would send someone up. We waited 15 minutes outside our room and no one came.
