"Room wasn’t properly clean. They also forgot to clean it the 2d night even we left the door sign that they could entered. Never sent towels, we didn’t have toilet paper. The person at the reception (Raghav was his name) said i have to pick the towels and toilet paper up downstairs. I went downstairs and no one was at the reception. We were 6 people waiting for someone to talk to. The manager of the restaurant came out to try yo find someone to help us. Terrible service from this guy at the reception from the beginning. We always liked this hotel but it has been going down the last 2 times we were there. "

"Staff members were very helpful. We had a two day stay at this property. Breakfast was served at Denny’s restaurant located right in the property itself. The food was great! Parking was free. Conveniently located near to the airport! Easy access to Trans-Canada Highway."

"The staff were excellent to deal with. Breakfast was ok with boiled eggs, waffles, toast, apples, 2 kinds of cereal and yogurt so it was sufficient. The room was dated but generally clean except the sofa REALLY needed a solid cleaning. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so I can’t speak to that other than to say we were disappointed. It is good that they were doing that though . We were on the 4th floor & the 3rd floor was closed for renovations. Truly it appeared that they were giving it a complete overhaul so the hotel is obviously trying to make improvements which is commendable. Coffee, tea and ice water was available in the lobby at all times which was very nice. Overall a comfortable stay for a decent price. Would stay again. Thank you Super 8!"
