Mapimí Biosphere Reserve

The rooms, showers, food, drink, shows, and service were excellent. This was our third stay at this resort, and we will be back. The only negative was during check-in when the agent was not helpful in getting us a free room upgrade as Expedia provides. Other than that, we think our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this resort. We really want to give a shout out to our wonderful bar staff Tiger and Jorge as they are fantastic, and also to Eber and Miguel in the bar for being great as well. Octavio in food service was so nice and helpful. We love the poolside pizza/taco/burrito bar and its staff. It is the perfect poolside snack during a day at the beach or pool. We cannot say enough positive things about this resort, especially when I read negative reviews of other resorts....we had none of the issues that I read about so often with other properties. Cheers Tiger and Jorge!!

This place was exactly what I needed! So relaxing, so accommodating, a little slice of heaven! The breakfast buffet and the pool were my favorite part! I would definitely return
