Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.

「Sicuramente posizione ottima, in centro. Posteggio comodo in box privato, non sempre disponibile ma a noi è andata bene e abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con una bella vista e non rumorosa. Bagno pulito e molto comodo.

Uniche 2 pecche: la mancanza di ascensore, ma avrei dovuto informarmi e leggere la parte dedicata, e la luce del climatizzatore che è molto forte e per chi ama dormire al buio può dare fastidio. Ma cose davvero...
「Vores ophold på Auro Toscana (Tidligere Campo Fiorito) var en sand fornøjelse fra start til slut. Hotellet ligger afsides på en bjergtop omgivet af olivenlunde, og allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af en udsigt, der tog pusten fra os. Turen derop fik os et øjeblik til at tvivle på, om vi var på rette vej – men belønningen for at fortsætte var stor.

「The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. 」

We had booked wine tasting and it was great. We had a private wine tasting in the winery because there were no other reservations.
