「Very good service」

「Arrived early morning around 0:40 at the hotel by shuttle bus from AKL airport but room key which should be under the map was not there. By the track driver's help nearby passed, hotel staff came to the Motel with room key arond 2:00 after call (1hr 20min had been waiting in a cold temp. condition). 5am wake-up call did not work but fortunately shuttle bus driver knocked the door to let me take to AKL international airport on time leaving ATL 8:55 arriving Narita 16:30. 」

「I’ve always stayed at this Motor Lodge because of many reasons: the good parking lots, very kind front staffs and nice cleaning. It’s in a convenient area next to the Manukau shopping mall & stores, and close to the airport, which is from 20-30 mins by car! It’s also easy to access to the south area like Waikato, Rotorua in the North Island! 」

「Room was dirty and stained throughout. The cupboard in our room had a large pile of dirty towels that had been thrown in there wet, and dried in a pile, as well as belongings from past guests piled up. Bedding was stained throughout. No soap at handbasin. Shower gel and shampoo in shower was about a third full and very watery. Fridge wasn't working throughout stay.」

「Great Value for money ,lovely clean rooms etc」

「Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise」

「The reception is good. Transportation access is OK and the shower is OK. Quiet place.」

勿論Htels.comの宿手回しにも｡」

「The hotel is very close to the airport and the room was clean. More variety in buffet breakfast would be great」

「This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.」
