"Spacious, clean, beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Right on the water with a lot of options for enjoying the outdoors. Spectacular view. Even met neighbors who were very warm and welcoming. We had 11 people, two middle aged adults and 9 youth ages 17 to 20. They had a blast. We used every possible hang out spot: the rec room on the ground floor, the deck, the shaded spot under the deck, and the lawn down near the water. We did a lot of cooking and used the hot tub which was clean and worked...

The house had some thoughtful touches (record player, smart TV etc.) but was definitely lacking in some ways (dishwasher is old and ineffective, bedding/towels were barely sufficient, kitchen utensils and condiments were lacking e.g. no sugar or instant coffee).
