"This was our second stay at the property and the staff was attentive and prompt. The food was tasty and room service was excellent. The hotel is located in a safe area and close to shopping. It is quiet and clean. Have found our home away from home when we visit Karachi. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

"This hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. I prepaid my reservation on hotels.com and they said they didn't receive it and forced me to pay them directly. They refused to refund even though I paid twice for the same reservation. The hotel rooms are aged and have the basics. The bathroom was basic with toilet and shower. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The area is around the hotel has nothing to see."
