We We stayed in a 2 Bdrm suite, one of the bdrms was directly behind the elevator, it was very noisy and there was another klunking sound through out the night. Between the two it kept us awake. I requested a different room but the only available was the one immediately above our room, so it would have the same issues.

Breakfast was extremely minimal. Basic OJ, coffee, milk. Cereal, bread, and bagels that was about it. No hot foods of any type luckily there’s a Kwik trip down the street.

The lady at the front desk was so kind. The hotel is in terrible condition though. All three of our group’s rooms had to be changed to a different floor due to stains, terrible smoky smell, and a broken door. Our new room after the switch smelled like someone just cooked food. Would never stay there again.

Clinique is the best! She made us feel like we were home. She’s warm, caring and very informative. I wish we could have stayed longer. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying at the River Hill Hotel.

Our room was a complete disappointment. This hotel used to be a GrandStay and we've loved staying at GrandStay's in the past so we thought this hotel would be fine. However, when we entered our room we noticed the lamp shades had plastic liners that were cracked and falling apart, there was no drain plug in the bathroom sink and bathtub, there was an ironing board but no iron, one lamp had a burned out lightbulb, there was a light switch that didn't do anything and the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat down and stood up. On top of that, the kitchenette lacked a toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, or a paper towel rack (all these items are shown in pictures online). To me, this does not make the kitchenette fully functioning as the website states. The bath towels in the bathroom were very small and hardly adequate. The entire hotel could use a good cleaning and painting. Needless to say, we won't be staying again.

The room was extremely comfortable, bizarrely so even. I've never stayed in a hotel that had a separate bedroom OR a fully functional kitchen, including: electric cooking range, cabinets full of non disposable dishes and cookware, AND a dishwasher. Weird place. Highly recommend. Great views if you face the forest too.
