"We stayed here for a Green Bay Packers game and overall had a memorable experience. The house is full of charm and truly an architectural masterpiece that transports you to the Frank Lloyd Wright era. The design and décor, both inside and out, are stunning and unique.However, a few issues need attention. The listing mentioned a washer, but there wasn’t one. Some appliances were faulty, and only toilet paper was provided, no coffee supplies or other basics. There was no welcome book or guide, so I had to ask the host for most details, including check-in and check-out procedures, Wi-Fi password, main door operation, and linen placement, etc. A previous review noted a leak that the host said was resolved, but we still experienced it. It didn’t affect the bedroom below (we had to place a bucket) but did limit the use of the bathroom above. The front steps are loose and pose a hazard, and the lack of curtains in the main areas affects privacy.On the positive side, the neighborhood is quiet and great for morning walks. Despite some maintenance and communication gaps, Nikki was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. With a few small updates and added guest conveniences, this home could easily become one of the most special and comfortable stays in Manitowoc."

"What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!"

"Loved the home! Cozy and comfortable. Nice gazebo & recliners in the backyard. Just a few minutes by car from downtown and the beach. Friendly neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Large tv and free movies. Would definitely stay again."

"The house was in a good location and was spacious enough. However, it was overly packed and messy. The stove top only has a few burners that work. The dishes were dirty and you couldn't find things because the whole house was unorganized. It wasn't very clean because you couldn't get into the corners of the rooms. There wasn't anywhere to put your belongings since it was so full of the owner's belongings! We also had to wait upon arrival to be let in once the owner responded to our texts!"
