The prooerty is beautifl and comfortabe. A pleasure to stay within a short walk can or shuttle ride to the airport. The surrounding neighborhood is industrial. But if you need a family transport van shuttle rental car rental tour guide or even a bus or train they are so close to this hotel and this will enable you to get to the city in a quick drive. Highly recommend

Good location at the airport. Staff was very helpful.

we stay in different hotel thru Spain. All of them were very nice. But for me the nicest unit was in this hotel. This is located in the Center, so all you want to see was just waling distances. Personal very friendly. Magdalena. Thanks for your input on where to go eat! I swear it felt that this hotel just opened their doors recently because everything looked very nice and clean, but to my surprise they already been opened for 3 years. kudos to you guys. Keep up the good work!!

Very centrally located hotel

Perfect location, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable beds, comfy bathrobes, plenty of coffee, quiet rooms, beautiful modern design in a classic building. What more could one want?

Very nice property. Our room had two sinks which is always nice. Staff was excellent. Restaurant and breakfast was very good as well. Enjoyed our stay.

5 star hotel in an exquisitely restored palace with museum quality roman and moor archeology treasures in the lobby and rooms. The staff is friendly and ready to accommodate your every request. You just minutes from the most important squares in Valencia. Enjoy this oasis in valencia

Property was perfect, clean, shower had great water pressure and temperature. Kitchenette was fully equipped, including microwave, fridge and dishwasher! Lovely location near restaurants, 10 minute walk to Mestalla Stadium. Rooms were quiet, didnt hear street noise and could open/close windows. Room darkener. Ordered taxi and was waiting and on time. Definitely 10/10! No complaints

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but sort-of royal. The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are large and well-designed. It isn't exactly downtown, but the area has plenty of restaurants and bars.

Amazing staff, especially in the sky bar, thank you!!

Very convenient location, clean, spacious, had a balcony and very comfortable beds.

Habitaciones amplias y confortables.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is varied, fresh, and delicious. The location couldn't be better. I walked everywhere!! I had a wonderful stay here and look forward to returning.

Our experience was very good. The hotel front desk person was most helpful.
