The hotel itself was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely and again very spacious. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the main reason we booked there was because it said it was a 2 minutes drive to the Fira when it fact it was more like 8 so was a solid 40 minutes walk. Nevertheless though it was a great weekend in a lovely hotel

I generally love the AZZ hotels and Spa. They have everything I always wanted in a great hotel. Clean, good locations, affordable, fantastic breakfast, one a kind Spa facility, great staff and spacious rooms. When I travel in Europe I try to stay in AZZ hotels if available.

I really enjoyed the room! It's a great spot for couples on vacation. You can walk to nearby restaurants for some great coffee and food. Also, take time to engage with the locals— full of helpful information.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

This was one of our worst experience of a stay in a 4 star hotel. The room, the lift, the garage..... nearly everything zwas dirty, dusty, many old stuff (shower 🚿).... so that we felt more than uncomfortable. The beer in the "fridge" was warm and undrinkable. Coming out from the lift the people of the reception had no word to say "hello" or something similar. So we didn't felt welcome. The lady at the breakfast reception had been friendly.

Great stop near Valencia

Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. We had diner at the hotel as there was not many options around. Food was good. I recommend this hotel as long as you are OK with the location.

The hotel in general was nice and clean with ample seating area in the lobby. It is inconveniently located quite a ways outside of València in an industrial area of town. There are VERY limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is the worst part about it because the hotel’s restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet only) and then closed all day until 8:30pm. We arrived at 2:00pm and had nowhere to eat after a long day of travel until 8:30pm as the few restaurants in the area were all closed. The spa services were only a pool/sauna/jacuzzi circuit…… no actual spa treatments available. Our room was very nice but the floors were filthy and literally covered in long hair from previous guests, it was everywhere! The restaurant, when it was open, had a good dinner menu and a mediocre breakfast buffet for the price. The staff for the most part were pleasant and helpful. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t go back next time I’m in València.

Decent but not a typical 4 star hotel

We were there for the soccer camp related events and stay there for a week. Overall it was nice... Most of the staff members except for one was nice to us and patient that we do not speak Spanish... Breakfast was very nice although it was repetitive after a few days, their dinner menu is all so good but not before kids. One of the issue is taking not have any option for lunch. We got Junior suite so it was nice decent size room. But there was definitely some plumbing issues where I think water would not go without easily. Also their lights are very sensitive. Everything is on timer & the hallway lights turns off in 1 sec.... Too quick.,.. Lastly, they're elevator or having some issues where it makes a big clunk sound between 3rd & 4th floor...
