"Stay was excellent but restaurant services was not good.on 21.5.26 evening dessert gulabjamun khoya tested burnt and icecream was sticky. On 22/23.5.26 morning breakfast had to wait half an hour for tea otherwise service was good"
"The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room.
Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste.

"Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset.
That went out of the way to help and customised the food.
Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb"
"Terrible facilities. NO HOT WATER FOR FIVE OF SEVEN DAYS I NEED AS THERE. staff nice but hotel owners/operators don’t care.
First booking I couldn’t make trip and notified slightly less than 72 hour prior and they charged me for a full seven night stay.
There’s lots of other places to stay nearby, I am sure with hot water and better service. Their call center shouted and hung up on me once I mentioned “review”.

"Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are already packed, we just need to take them out and we will do after finishing breakfast in 5 mins but they said so sir you need to leave the room right away. We forcely have to leave the breakfast in mid and get our bageges out. This is not al all cooperative behaviour. Apart from these, rooms were decent and view was good. Staff behaviour can be improved."
