「Great Hotel, but very isolated」

「Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far」

「Following 2019 summer brake, this is the 2nd trip to us. Facilities and services are upgraded. Also surprised to see so many Americans unlike 5years ago. We will come back soon! This is one of our most favorite golf destinations.」

「The room has everything you need and clean balcony is perfect. The staff are so friendly made my stay feel better. Definitely will book again」

「The hotel is okay for a business trip but is located very close to several main roads so you hear the traffic noise. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The water supply stopped during our stay for nearly 24 hours and the hotel were poor on providing any information. My wife had to ask for some drinking water which the staff were unwilling to provide until she insisted. The other issue was the toilets couldn't be flushed so there was a bad smell around the hotel. The breakfast...

「Horrible room infested with insects I had bugs bites everywhere in my body the bed very uncomfortable Horrible experience」

「The breakfast was delicious, the area was a bit isolated from other things but great if you were looking for relaxation. Gorgeous hotel」

「We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Costa Del sol this Oct. Lucia, at the front desk, was great and very kind and professional-after some issues with house keeping cleanliness in our first room upon Check in, she moved us to a corner suite which was spotless. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and relaxing as it is mostly adults, and we had a good stay in general. But some things fell short for us: 1. With exception to Lucia, several of the staff members had an odd...

「It's rather far from city center, but we could have very nice breakfast on seaside. 」

「Precio calidad bueno」
