Terrible booking system.
Our booking which was already paid was cancelled minutes before we checked in... We were transferred to another hotel and we were able to checked in. At around 1am as we returned to the hotel, the front desk staff told us that our booking there were also cancelled, and we have to pay about 4x the amount of our booking. I contacted a staff from Zen and we were told that they will coordinate with the hotel... When we checked out the following day, we were ask to pay the amount of our booking IN CASH because our booking was cancelled and no one coordinate with them regarding the cancellation. Now, we don't know if we will be able to get a refund of our original but cancelled booking, considering the stress and inconvenience they gave us.
