Towels were provided for a day, we stayed for 3 nights. We were not welcomed on the day and time of arrival, though i informed them of the time of my arrival. I had to call for the code of the door lock. No daily cleaning. I rented two units, one unit had a beautiful view. One restroom's lavatory was not totally working. Everything was near or walking distance (5-minute walk) to my bank, miscellaneous store, SM Aura, etc. That was really great! There was parking close to the unit, 100 pesos for about 4 hours. I didn't ask for an overnight parking fee. Overall, i loved my unit.

Property is at an amazing location! Only 5 mins walk to SM Aura! Room is good enough size.. max room occupancy seems to be 4 people so if you are a family of 5 they seem to not allow any more In the room even if you pay. Pool was also closed at the time of visit because of the ash fall. The elevators run REALLY SLOW so definitely plan ahead. Our unit bathroom 2106 had problems with hot water even after they came to fix it so that was a bummer. Everything else was fine in terms of wifi, spacious, nice city view and clean. Communication with SOMA was great too, they reply within minutes. Would I stay here again? Probablyy.. just cause of the amazing location for the price.

There were no fresh towels the reason is they forgot. It was not a good reason at all. The following day they forgot again the fresh towel. Never I will book in this place again.

Vi fik en rigtig fin lejlighed. er var hvad der skulle være. Brugte ikke køkkenfaciliteter - ryder m.v. så ud til at have set bedre dage. Lejligheden ligger i South of Market BGC Manilla som er et område med mange skyskrabere. Meget rent og mange gode op spændende restauranter og forretninger. Trafikken ikke så slem som i meget af det øvrige Manila. Anbefaler lejligheden som en god base, hvorfra man tager ud og oplever Manila

Good location but that’s about it

Bathroom needed further cleaning as there’s mold on grout etc. The cup in the bathroom could use replacing. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Although we specified number of room occupants, not enough towels and linens were provided. Instructions in the room were out of date for example “leave keys in lockbox” when there is no lockbox etc. It’s good for the location as within walking distance to everything but inside of condo still needs additional attention. Overall ok stay but not amazing.

A great find. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, no fuzz check in/out. Clean, Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, big kitchen if you want to cook. Near shopping malls, convenient store. Safe area. I will go back here when Im back in Manila.

Best thing about the property is the location, and the availability of 2 sofa beds on top of the main bed. But sadly the property require better maintenance, especially the bathroom, which had a lingering unpleasant smell. There's also issue with the fridge, one of the main light and extension cord not fully working. The stay would have been more pleasant if we didn't encounter these issues.

Excellent Value for Money

Very pleased with our stay - first time in this condo, The building itself is a little old compared to other condos in BGC and this shows in the common areas. However, the unit is very clean and of good standard - very good value for money compared to other places we’ve stayed in BGC. The condo has everything you need for a short of longer stay - we sated for 5 days. Liked the self-contained kitchen. The studio is spacious enough for 2 people amd probably more space than a lot of 1 bedroom condos we’ve rented in BGC. Real plus point is location - minutes walk to SM Aura shopping mall and supermarket. Only 10 minutes walk to the Fort and BGC High Street. Only downside is no car parking onsite - quite expensive to book a parking slot nearby - this is the only thing that would stop us booking here again.

I booked for 3 nights. I arrived at 9pm. The place have lots of insects- cockroaches everywhere and small flying insects There were body hair on the floor especially near the bed area. The place was dusty. I called the owner and sent photos. She offered to clean and fumigate the area in the morning. I found the place unacceptable. The following day I checked out and decided to just forfeit the 2 nights and stay in a hotel.
