Maeve s Place is a brand new unit located on the 6th floor of the building right next to the condominium community s amenities.
The unit has 20 Mbps Fiber Internet and Netflix ready Internet TV - a perfect working or chill spot with your friends/family.
The space
The unit has a double bed, a pull-out bed, and a sofa bed that would comfortable fit 4 to 5 people.
The unit also has AC, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, pans and pots, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking and dining ware.
It is 10 to 15 minutes away from Trinoma and SM North. Across is SM Hypermarket where you can shop for all your needs. The place is accessible to 24-hour delivery services and is near Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Jollibee, Chowking, Mcdo, Max s, Turks Shawarma and other restaurants.
Guest access
The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for regular maintenance and cleaning and on Sundays (between 10:00am to 12:00nn ONLY) in observance of the community mass. Four (4) guests are free to use the pool and a charge of PhP150.00 per extra guest needs to be paid at the Club House.
