The staff only really cares about their salary and no effort is taken to make guest more comfortable or socialize amongst each other. Lilly is the only staff member worthy of praise.

Basic Hostel

Basic hostel, nice view and it's close to the BGC. Far away from the old city centre. The staff was alright, but the atmosphere three is not at all like you are used from other hostels, wouldn't recommend to stay there

Nice hotel overlooking the city

As I and my daughter came in the hotel, the staff gave us a family room although we reserved only the two beds.In the next day another personal told me that I have to pay extra 600 pesos for the room then I asked her why did they gave me a wrong room, she answered that they cannot find my reservation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast in the morning, and dinner some nights during the week. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were kept clean. It's a great place to stay if you want to meet people. Definitely recommend!
