Worth enough what paid

Many bad reviews so didnt expect much but considering price, it not bad. Old but felt they try 2 keep it clean. At this price, aircon, lcd TV, hot shower, just steps away from Ali mall.SM.center of Cubao. Plus very friendly staffs! Not 3k hotel but 3 times worth what I paid.
