They didn't clean bath room. duty & no towel & no apology

The staff are rude, no one help my luggages the reception is at the second floor you have to enter in the garage and pay 60 pesos and more the officer incharge the name "Angela", teaching me what to make next booking funny woman, judgemental hahahha I almost live in hotels from USA, Europe to Asia.
I have booked for 3 days but stayed for 18 hours only, hope to I can have my refund of the days that I have not consume.

I was put in a room on the 6th floor but wasn't told there is a canteen above my room so I heard a lot of chairs dragging on the floor and people walking above. Then in the morning, there was a lot of construction noise going on outside. Finally, parking is not free, ended up paying 120 pesos even though I had a 120 voucher for parking from the hotel. Room was clean but no soap in dispenser or free toothbrush/bar soap. Will not recommend this Go Hotel location.

Since mall has been shut down you have to walk a good while to get to the nearest restaurant
