Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was fast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient. When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. It's across Podium and a short distance to Megamall. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip.

Room they had me in initially smelled like wet carpet as they just shampooed it. Asked to be put in a different room and was reassigned within 10 mins. Staff are super friendly and accommodating but wish they have more knowledge of the area around the hotel. Overall would stay again!

Good Location

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is across the Podium Mall. All the staff are very friendly. Internet is decent. The room is clean but getting old. I don’t like the smell of the room so had to turn the AC down.

I like that they have a 3 bedroom suite which was convenient for my sister’s family and mine to share with during trip. The suite was more than big enough to house 4 adults and 2 kids for a 3 days 2 nights stay in the big city. The location was another plus since we just had to cross a major street to get to a mall that houses several fancy cafes and restaurants. Other shopping establishments were easily accessible by foot. The hotel itself is clean and equipped with the basic facilities. Staff promptly responded to all requests and inquiries. Very pleased with their level of professionalism! We will definitely be staying with them again! Highly recommend!

The first room we were given have a damp moldy smell to it, and the bedsheets have some dark stain. We communicated this to the staff and they were quick in moving us to a different room. The 2nd room was better though you can still smell like an old musty smell we think is from the aircon or the carpet. The corridors also has this smell. The staff service was good when we made a complaint, and even provided our room with an air purifier. However we think the hotel itself isobviously old and outdated, and we dont think is worth the money we paid for.
