The unit we reserved in Mangilao was changed few days before our arrival in Guam which we had no choice but to accept because there was no time to look for another place. The new unit was in poor condition because there were leaks coming from the ceiling, unsure if leaks were from sewer line or where it came from.The sofa was wet from the leak and we were uncomfortable resting on them. The host was not on island to respond immediately to our complaints and the person to contact never showed at the site to help.We were not able to watch television as our unit was not connected as advertised. Employees at the venue was not friendly when we requested them to assist us on our issues.

There were three adults and they provided one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag stating no more would be supplied for the 8 days we were there. Stated that’s why it was so cheap. Which it was not.

Nice Place to Rest

Apartment is a great place to rest and relax when not out enjoying the many offerings of Guam. Jack and Dina were very responsive and supportive to a couple minor issues that came up during our 28 night stay.

Would stay here again!

I had my elderly parents with me and Dina, the owner, set us up in a first floor after I asked if it was possible. I’m very grateful for her help in this matter. My mom didn’t struggle going in and out of the unit at all. The property manager, Jack, was wonderful and so helpful. The unit was as pictured , except there was mold on the bathroom ceiling due to insufficient ventilation. Other than that, this was a great stay. There was one night some guys from the surrounding area (not the property) got a little rowdy with some yelling, but that ended quickly. The property felt safe enough that I would stay here again.

Comfortable for our family of 4

We had a very clean first floor unit in this well-maintained, older building. We really appreciated Jack, the on-site manager. He was waiting for us when we arrived even though we got lost and were 30 minutes later than expected (we recommend bringing along a detailed map or renting pocket WIFI at the airport!). Seems the AC units are quite new.
