Warm hospitality they show is genuine and without expectation, comes from the friendly nature of all the employees from the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew. The Langham Jakarta is a well managed Hotel staffed by wonderful people. Highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a world class hotel in the heart of Jakarta.

What is unique about the property is that you're staying inside a living, breathing museum of Asian art! Staff is wonderful, late for breakfast the only day I need to go out early, darn. Western food needs some training but if you stick to the Aaian food, it's good. Rooms are beautiful, needs lighting timers in a few spots. We were walking in the dark.
