Villa Franca is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda.
The villa consists of two adjacent units, each with its own exclusive 1,700 square metre garden on three sides of the villa, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda and a glimpse of Garda Island.
It is the perfect solution for a holiday with your dogs, thanks to the large, fully enclosed garden and the raised swimming pool, which prevents them from accidentally entering it. Your dogs are welcome at no extra charge; please inform us of their presence when booking.
The large covered porch, equipped with a dining table and sofas, allows you to enjoy the view of the lake in complete tranquillity while you have lunch or relax.
In the large garden, there is a round swimming pool for your exclusive use (4.70 metres in diameter, water depth 120 cm) to cool off and let your children play, deckchairs for sunbathing and a barbecue for your outdoor lunches.
Villa Franca has been recently completely renovated and refurbished, and therefore has all the latest features for a holiday in total comfort.
The spacious living room has two large sofas, one of which can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, a dining table for six people, a 55" smart TV with international satellite channels and Netflix (films on demand). the kitchen is located in a large open-plan area and is equipped with a fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and extractor hood.
There are also two bedrooms, one double and the second with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double bed, and two bathrooms complete with glass shower cubicles, washbasins, bidets and WCs.
The villa is ideal for a total of four people, but it is possible to accommodate up to six people by using the double sofa bed in the living room.
Villa Franca has air conditioning and heating in the living room and in the two bedrooms, with independent control in each room.
Porto Torchio beach is about a 15-minute walk away (1.3 km) and includes a section of beach where dogs are allowed. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away (800 metres). We strongly recommend that you have your own transport, which will allow you to easily reach all the attractions in the area. The villa has private outdoor parking for at least four cars.
The rental price includes:

• Private garden and private swimming pool for your exclusive use with maintenance during your stay;

The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival:
• Municipal tourist tax of €1.60 per day per person over 14 years of age.
