A French window provides access to the private covered porch equipped with a dining table and barbecue, overlooking the courtyard inside the residential complex. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet.A bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine completes the layout.Guests will have amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.*Guests are informed that there are video surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas of the residential complex. *Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 45 minutes from the airport of Verona.
