Accueil sympa

Jolie maison de trois chambres avec de bons couchages en 160 et climatisation dans chacune. Une cour bien agréable. Propriété située sur la mer ionienne quand tous les sites à visiter sont sur la côte adriatique. Le bemol, l'absence d'eau potable.

Villa con tutti i comfort

La Villa è di recentissima ristrutturazione, dotata di tutti i comfort per trascorrere una vacanza ideale. Facile la comunicazione con l host che si è dimostrato molto disponibile. La posizione è buona, vicina al mare e con pochi minuti in macchina si raggiungono le spiagge di Torre Lapillo, Punta prosciutto e Porto Cesareo. Consigliato per chi vuole una alloggio in posizione tranquilla ma vicina alle principali spiagge.

Bella casa, nuova, localizzata a specchiarica, alle porte di San Pietro in Bevagna. Tra i pro sicuramente la vicinanza al mare, il patio esterno, la doppia cucina e i due bagni, la recentissima ristrutturazione, il doppio posto auto interno, l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza ed in soggiorno. Tra i contro la mancanza di allacciamento all'acquedotto (condivisa da tutte le case della zona fuori San Pietro a quanto abbiamo appreso) che però ci è stato detto potrebbe venire risolta nel giro del prossimo anno. Al momento la casa è fornita di una cisterna d'acqua sotterranea che viene riempita, una volta terminata, da un'acquabotte con celerità, e di un allacciamento ad un altro pozzo per l'acqua degli spazi esterni. In ogni caso viene consigliato di utilizzare, per cucinare e bere, acqua in bottiglia. Buona la dotazione della cucina (plurimi set di pentole, sia per la cucina interna che per quella esterna). Durante il nostro soggiorno inoltre si sono verificati alcuni episodi di blackout nell'intero comune di Manduria, più prolungati nelle zone più periferiche (ma questo è un problema della zona intera). Proprietario molto disponibile. Zona tranquilla, residenziale, abitata da gente del posto. Plurime spiaggie a breve distanza in macchina, oltre alla spiaggia sotto casa, che si trova tra Torre colimena e San Pietro in Bevagna. Consigliata.

La villa è perfetta! Tutta ristrutturata, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Non manca davvero niente. La consiglio a tutti.
