Raised a few steps, the veranda in front of each apartment is furnished with a small table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
At the entrance to the two-room apartment is the open space furnished with table and chairs, double sofa bed and open kitchenette.
The sleeping area is an air-conditioned double bedroom, with a high window as the light comes from the living room. Complete the vacation home 1 bathroom shower.

Residence Borgo Climmena is located in Torre Colimena, a seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Taranto falling within the territory of Manduria. In summer all the main services are present.
The residence is located in a quiet area, just 750 m from the sea.
From here, the wonderful beach of the Salina dei Monaci nature reserve is less than 1 km away, with its dunes, the scent of Mediterranean maquis, the area of the salt marsh often frequented by pink flamingos, the soft beach and the crystal blue sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
