"Comfortable, convenient location, spacious for a large group. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a big plus for us. Right on the water! Deer peering through the window, wondering if we were going to offer treats (never!). The only issue was stairs, this unit is on the lower level and I don't believe stairs were mentioned. Two of us have knee issues and stairs are a problem. There is one flight of stairs going down to the lower floor."

"This is our second stay and we would stay there again. Last time, the bath towels were very small but that appears to have been resolved. Their continental breakfast was very good but I was saddened to hear that they were discontinuing it."

"We loved the unit. We had to take our trash with us because the bin gate was locked. The door in the bedroom to the left needs a pad, it hits the bed. The dryer handle is broken, it was that way when we got to the unit. Thank you, it was a lovely stay."

"Overall great stay! Perfect and simple location- close to everything downtown. Nice mid-week getaway for our anniversary! Everything in the home was in good condition, clean and well stocked. Simple condiments and spices would have been nice to have but not a deal breaker. Parking was adequate for my small SUV but the large boulders made it hard to get off the road. Thankfully a quiet side street. A few areas of improvement- the VRBO ad stated check in was 3pm but host said we could check in after 4pm. Then check out was posted at 11am but host said we needed to check out by 10am. We didn't question the host but felt they should stand up to the times posted as we'd made plans accordingly and had to alter them a bit. Secondly- the heat was very hard to regulate in late September. We only used the main floor and we were either freezing or cooking with the single gas fire and space heaters and 2 were not working. Not sure how to fix that issue simply but just be prepared to cook in the living room and freeze at the table and bathrooms. We didn't use the upstairs but would imagine it to be similar."
