Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Enough space for one or two people and very quiet. It is in a good location for getting in to town and to Victoria station. My train was delayed and I ended up arriving 3 hours after the arranged check in time, I kept the team updated and they were very responsive on messages and arrived with in a few minutes of me arriving at the property. Will stay here again.
The property was in a block which was quiet and well maintained. It’s in a good location near the Northern Quarter and transport links. The apartment was as described. It’s warm and comfortable The bed was comfortable but the bed linen was inadequate (it was replaced on request). The kitchen could have benefitted with new crockery/cutlery etc. The bathroom was clean but showing signs of age. The main concern was the difficulty of dealing with three different people. One was in London and two I think in Manchester. This resulted in confusion about paying for the accommodation and waiting outside the property in the cold despite organising our time with three different people!
