David’s place was lovely - very comfortable and a great location to the soccer tournament that I was attending at the school nearby I loved the large TVs to watch the World Cup and the AC window units for hot nights - beautiful patio as well. Walk to everything in Manchester Would love to come back next year David is a great host

We highly recommend this property. It was clean, in a great location, and communication with the owner was easy. The owner didn’t just let us stay at his property, he was a true host. The house was well stocked and he provided information and recommendations about the area to help you make the most of your time there.

Very nicely kept and furnished house in a great location for accessing Manchester's shops and restaurants and the nearby slopes at Bromley Mountain. Very enjoyable staff, would do it again.

Best place in manchester

Dave was very accommodating to our request especially when our dates changed for our trip. The property had everything we could have wanted and asked for. It was a in a great location and close to the ski slopes!

Amazing House, extremely well located, close to everything! The house was so warm and welcoming, no detail was spared! Very well stocked with everything you may need! Gorgeous house and back yard!

The house was absolutely spotless and so perfect for staying with family and friends in town for a wedding at the Kimpton Taconic hotel. David was a wonderful host and had anything you could need for a great stay as well as super easy communication. The backyard and deck were stunning and we probably could have stayed outside all day lounging and taking in the beautiful landscaping! 10/10 recommend this stay in Manchester!

Take Time for Break Time

A reunion of 5 old friends...It was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is very well equipped if you like to cook. The gardens are lovely and added to the pleasure of sitting on the patio both morning and evening as we did. Break Time is a great place to stay.

Weekend away

We came to Manchester for a weekend away with friends to do some snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. David was very responsive and allowed us to check in early so we could get settled before snowmobiling. Unfortunately, rain and warm weather didn't allow for any snow!! We still had a great time. We went hiking and enjoyed a weekend with great friends. The home was a perfect size, clean, and in a great location. Thank you David for your hospitality and flexibility! We would definitely recommend!

Great Manchester Rental Gem!

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dave, the host, for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. Dave went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 3 grandchildren during our recent stay at this wonderful Manchester Breaktime home. This rental house was generously equipped and Dave was always available to answer our questions and assist us. Breaktime home is lovely, cozy and comfortable; it's also centrally and ideally located, minutes to downtown, eateries, skiing, and more. We hope to return to this Breaktime home on our future visits to VT. Thanks again to Dave for being a super host!

Property was just right for us: centrally located, clean, comfortable—exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Manchester. Our host was gracious and quick to respond to questions, even reaching out to apologize for a very minor thing (for which there was not reason to fret, but I appreciated his conscientiousness). Breaktime has a great location, on a quiet block but close to restaurants and shopping. It's well kept and stocked and really comfortably furnished, and has a very warm and welcoming feel--you feel immediately relaxed and at home. There's even a beautiful peaceful garden with patio to relax in. David is very easy to communicate with, and could not possibly be more helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Convenient, comfy, quiet corner of Manchester

Grandparents, adult children and 2 teens had rooms to spread out and rooms to come together. We love a good dining room (not to shortchange the excellent kitchen) and this house delivers. We stowed skis in the garage; but boots and clothing came inside. Very convenient to Manchester shopping, restaurants, Equinox spa, and Bromley. David is a very conscientious owner, so take good care of this lovely home!
