Konaklamamız boyunca sunulan hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Tesisin temizliği, konforu ve çalışanların güler yüzlü, misafirperver yaklaşımı takdire değerdi. Konaklama sırasında yabancı bir turist grubuyla can sıkıcı bir durum yaşamış olsak da gösterilen ilgi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşım sayesinde kendimizi değerli hissettik. Özellikle sevgili Özlem Hanım, Ayfer Hanım, Azra Hanım, Naz Hanım ve Latife Hanım’a ve Sayın Ali Bey’e destekleri için teşekkür ederim. Un bon hotel familial, on a passé un tres bon sejour, avec aqua park et luna park sur place c'est très bie, plusieurs restaurants sur place, y'en a un meme un qui est ouvert 24h/7j. Avec une bonne animation le soir.

Unfortunately, this was the worst holiday experience our family has ever had. First of all, everyone in our family, one after another, got some kind of stomach infection or virus. After spending two days looking at all the cracks and dirty grout in the bathroom, I also started paying attention to how clean the plates were in the main restaurant. They were constantly covered with greasy stains and traces of previous use. On the second day, apparently we hadn’t had enough excitement, so we decided to take our 7-year-old son to the hotel hairdresser. His birthday was only a couple of days away, so we wanted him to have a nice haircut. Everything started positively, but then something went completely wrong. The hairdresser simply started shaving the sides and the back of our son’s head with clippers, which was absolutely not what we expected. We showed him photos of the hairstyle our son wanted, and the hairdresser assured us that he could do it without any problem. Our son started crying, and the hairdresser became nervous and started throwing his tools, cape and other things around while shouting what sounded like Turkish swear words. We later discussed the whole incident with the guest relations department. They tried to make up for the situation by offering us a visit to an à la carte restaurant and some birthday gifts. By the way, the only genuinely positive experience we had at this hotel was with the guest relations team. I would especially like to thank Svetlana, who

Für Familien mit Kindern ist es sicher ein sehr schönes Angebot. Für Ruhesuchende oder Erwachsene, die Entspannung wünschen, ist es jedoch weniger geeignet. Im Speisesaal war es zudem zu laut, und die Liegen am Strand sind ohne Matratzen recht hart.“

Selectum is ideal for a family vacation or reunion. Our multi-country, multi-language family—ages 10 to 70—enjoyed the beach, the many pools, and all of the food options, where we always found something for everyone, plus new and interesting dishes. We were always greeted and made to feel welcome by the inimitable Enver—who once spotted me from 1/2 k away on a tennis court just to say hi. Enver’s ever-presence and understanding of different cultures (he’s fluent in multiple languages, including English and German) is a credit to the resort; his big smile and warm greetings always made us feel at home. The manager, Burak, treated us amazingly, and we greatly appreciate their attention to our enjoyment of the resort. Everyone at guest relations was helpful, often suggesting new ideas for us and arranging transportation. Our frequent waiter Abbas was also wonderful—he speaks 4 languages including excellent English. We used the gym almost every morning, which is stocked with cold water and clean towels. (The only addition we would recommend is a few heavier dumbbells.) We used the tennis courts most mornings, which were a short and beautiful walk from the lobby. The main restaurant’s diverse and plentiful food is supported by other Interesting food available everywhere. At lunch, Gozleme, plus a beach buffet with both indulgent and healthy options.

Good choice for family

Exellent vacation. Great pool area, good beach, variety of food was wide, service was good and shows we watched (2 night) were professional. Also blenders in bar were brand label such as some beverages and not local. Overall nothing to complain. Traveling with 8yrd old.

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern für 11 Tage da. Es ist ein großes und schönes Hotel. Es bietet viel und das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Für die Kids sind sehr viele schöne Sachen vorhanden. Miniclub mit einer guten Ausstattung und viel Raum. Der Piratenrutschpark ausreichend groß und man hat dennoch einen guten Überblick. 2 weitere Aquaparks sind für klein und Groß. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten den Magen zu füllen und auch den Durst zu stillen. Abend ist auch ein Hoteleigener kleiner Kirmespark mit Attraktionen wie Autoscooter Mini Achterbahn und weiteres, kostenlos zu nutzen. Was aus meiner persönlichen Sicht auch noch gut gewesen wäre, das die Kellner im Restaurant oder auch an den Pools etwas mehr auf die Gäste zugehen würden. Das Personal hat viel mit sauber machen zu tun, da viele Gäste es nicht für nötig halten, den Platz sauber zurück zu lassen. Dafür wäre es umso schöner gewesen, sich etwas angenehm bedienen zu lassen bei den Getränken. Gerade wenn man 3 Kinder gleichzeitig im Auge behalten muss. In der ersten Woche war das Platzangebot im Restaurant noch sehr angenehm, sodass man zügig einen Tisch bekommen hat. Doch in der 2. Woche überfüllt. Sonst war kein bis kaum Kontakt zum Animationteam. Die konnte man eigentlich quasi nur zu den Showzeiten sehen. Bis zum 5. Tag wussten wir nicht einmal, dass es ein Animationsteam gibt. Animation und Motivation zu Aktivitäten hat uns in diesem Hotel ehrlich gesagt gefehlt.

Quality of the quests

The positive experience we had during our stay here is that the staff were really polite and helpful. Damla, at the lobby is very professional. The other greatness is the hotel being right next to the beach. Also, the pool bar cocktails were really good. We recommend Ms. Sena´s cocktails at the pool bar, she makes them with passion. However, we won´t revisit due to our negative experiences. Firstly, we have encountered sunbed wars every day at the pool even though the staff solved it quickly.. Even we had to confront the pool chef why he removed our towels and toys and gave our seats to another family while we were eating lunch at the snack bar. Secondly, it could have been more charming if the hotel´s beach bag was free for everyone. I purchased it for 10 euros but the hotel does not earn anything from it since they have at least 1500 guests daily. Thirdly, we do not believe this hotel is a 9/10. We have stayed at 3 other hotels this year with similar quality and 2/3 of them reaches a higher quality even though their score were between 7 and 8. Our focus here has to do with the quality of the quests. At Selectum we have seen quests putting their bare feet on the tables at the lobby, wrestling aggressively by the pool and parents blaming the life guard when their kid is at the adult pool without using any form of water safety. The staff cant do anything about these kind of irresponsible behaviour since they get complaints. Be kind and responsible for everyones well-being

Kall pool och ingen plats förstörde upplevelsen

Vi var där 23-29 oktober och poolen var så kall att det knappt var någon som badade. Istället gick alla till havet vilket resulterade i att det var för fullt där och alla gick upp tidigt för att lägga sina handukar så man fick inte en enda plats om man kom dit efter nio på morgonen. Synd att personalen inte har ett bättre system för detta.

Fantastisk ophold.

Super dejligt ophold. Vi var på lokationen i 7 nætter. Den første nat var der problemer med suiten. Da manageren blev tilkaldt, så løste det hele sig. Vi fik et nyt “Lake”værelse, hvor vi kunne gå direkte i poolen til stor glæde for alle. Meget venligt tyrkisk personale. Eneste minus er antallet af russere, som konstant er uvenlige, agressesive og snuder foran i køer.

well the property was excellenet no doubt, but the air condition in the room was a bit of a disappointment, I told their staff in the guest relations thrice but all effort in waste, he did not even do anything, but their guest manager was very nice and freindly, we were vegetarian and not much option was available, but their guest manager introduced us to their head chef and he personally made us some really nice vegetarian food, that was much appreciated. Their ala carte restaurant is not much of any good, must improve for a 5 star property.
