This Beautiful 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths residence i located 2 minutes drive from Mar Chiquita beach. Perfect for couples and groups of up to 8 people. The house is completely private. It is also very close to the best beaches in Manatí such as La Esperanza, La Cueva de las Golondrinas, La Poza de las Mujeres, Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos and El Balneario de Vega Baja (Puerto Nuevo/Mar Bella)

The best beaches in the area are Puerto Nuevo in Vega Baja and Mar Chiquita in Manati (only 5 minutes away from the home!) Both are beautiful!!!

Departure: Departure is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.
