The staff was very friendly, and the Polynesian Show was good. We stayed in a 'European Fale", which was run down. I understand the Resort is going to do some remodeling later in the year, hopefully they will work on this area as well.
Clean rooms, stunning views and beach access at our door. Breakfast was good and the staff hospitable. However the owners need to seriously look at some maintenance issues. Our back door was bordering on rottern while the front entrance door was so swollen it was difficult to open. Our air con unit woke us up in the middle of the night making a dreadful noise. When we got up to investigate, we found ice all over the floor. Needless to say we switched it off. Pool area is in dire need of attention including deep cleaning the green grime off the edges of it. It looks like at one stage it was a great place to stay, and with some care and attention, it could be again
Clean. Staff so nice and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I will recommend this resort to anyone want to visit Samoa especially Savaii, staff and customer service is absolutely spot on,excellent customer service, location is safe and quiet,I will stay at this resort again and the near future..
Nice and clean hotel, but on very large area. The staff was so friendly, Lisa from reception is such nice person, she looks after guest a lot. Help to us so much too.
Because of Lisa I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Lisa for everything you did for us!❤️
Lisa from restoran is very nice person as well.
The hotel is run down and needs alot of renovations. The room is very outdated with repairs needed to the ceiling and bathroom.
The swimming pool has alot of broken tiles and really needs some TLC.
There is no more access to the beach which is what we were looking forward too with the kids.
The breakfast is very minimal, 2x options of fruit, pancakes and eggs. Tea and coffee included but anything else is extra.
This property is sadly very run down and clearly has not been maintained over the years. It is barely functioning on minimal staff who were minimal and not particularly welcoming or helpful. The bar, pool and pool table are grubby and broken. The furniture around the pool is old, the pool and decking is moldy and worn out, and in the rooms although tidy were dirty and the curtains were moldy. The bathroom is at the entrance so you can’t enter when someone is using it. The front door was so buckled with damp and age it got stuck on the floor tiles. The beds were comfortable enough but the aircon dripped, there was no tv, the shower head was broken and drinbbled and the tap handle fell off. The toilet was not attached to the floor and the shower floor was dirty.
The restaurant is not functioning, the breakfast was minimal (pastries, pancakes, boiled eggs, toast and pawpaw, tea/coffee). Juice is an extra charge. Lunch or dinner needs to be pre arranged but there are better options at nearby resorts.
The waterfront position and view from the villas (3 and 4) was lovely though.
I would not recommend staying here unfortunately and us not good value for money. The whole place needs a full renovation or to be advertised as a low budget/backpackers hotel and rooms offered at a lower price.
Great place to stay. The fales are a bit noisy if your neighbours are up early and making noise, but it was still very enjoyable. The fiafia night was a great experience, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great place to stay with delicious food and drinks.
The property was very disappointing. Pictures were very misleading and from other resort. There is only unsafe beach access through steps that were collapsing no sand and the water was unstoppable coral very close to shore. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The pool was filled with algae paddle boards were torn up. Kayaks were broken and missing plugs and no seats.. we left after three days. We are promised a refund which we are still have not received, and it was two months
