Rooms are in decent conditions, staff roomed me in a room with two beds but told me that normally there is an extra 400 Cordobas charge for using the two beds. I made my reservation through Expedia and paid beforehand, also if the surcharge is warranted I should have been made aware beforehand so I could make alternative plans or agreed to said surcharge. Other than that the place is lively and beers are cold.

There were stains on every single bed sheet and pillow. We had a cockroach in our room. Some cocoon creatures on the ceilings. The shower head is something out of a nightmare. I’ve honestly never stayed in a dirtier room in my life. But the front desk staff were nice. Stay somewhere else.

Upon arrival their were ready to charge me for the stay even though I provided reservations information. After clearing things out they were asking me for my driving license and my government identification to hold them in a very insecure location. After going back and forth I asked them to cancel my reservation bc I was not going to be driving without driving license or without any proper identification. Very rude new administrator and really a poor educated arrogant person. After all she was not able to cancel my reservation nor she didn’t want to try as well.
