Located on the Sierra Star Golf course! This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2

bathroom in one of Mammoth’s newest developments with amenities such as

underground parking and jacuzzi. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD and

gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a California King bed and flat screen

TV. The second bedroom has a queen and flat screen TV. Enjoy golf course views

from the living room and private balcony. This unit also offers a

washer/dryer, secure heated underground garage parking (garage clearance is 7'

6") and has WiFi internet access. The complex is located less than a block

from the green line shuttle stop and has a community Jacuzzi. The unit is not

pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek

Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna,

full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be

provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is

Check-in email was informative. App is great. The condo was nicely appointed and not outdated. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was equipped for what you’d need although missing a few things like a blender and a cutting board. Coffee maker could use an upgrade. Overall this is a very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Thank you for having us. We’d go back.

Five of us stayed here for 3 nights in July. The condo was spacious, had a great kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was great. The only real issue, is that it was very warm because there is no air conditioning at the property. I called the property manager and he immediately brought over 2 large fans, which were very helpful. He explained that none of the buildings in town have a/c since it wasn't needed until the last year or two.

Property is well located with excellent view EXCEPT one of the windows was broken and boarded up with plywood which detracted from the view and general ambiance. I do believe this should have been disclosed to me before check-in. This is why I do not give this 5 stars.

We were there for Blues Fest. Good location to be able to walk to the music and play golf across the street. The highway is louder than I expected. The garage is great. The unit was very clean. The carpets need to be replaced.

We rented this condo for 4 days during spring break and it was a perfect size for 2 adults and two kids. Super clean when we arrived and the underground parking was easy to use, with an elevator to get to the main level of the complex. Things that I look for in a rental were all there: enough seating for everyone to relax, a nice kitchen to make snacks, and enough beds and bathrooms to keep everyone happy.
