New to the rental market, this spacious one bedroom unit is located in one of the most sought after areas at Snowcreek. Being on the ground level makes it perfect for allowing pets and/or the kids to explore the meadow and beautifully landscaped grounds of Snowcreek. Conveniently located close to a shuttle stop, and a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, the bowling alley and more. The condo features a spacious layout with a cozy wood burning fireplace in the living room, or get comfortable on the couch and catch a movie or the game on the large flatscreen TV with cable. With a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, you’ll have everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy gatherings in the dining space that seats 6, with additional bar seating at the breakfast bar. The unit has single bunk beds in an alcove next to the bedroom, or a double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for the little ones traveling with you. The primary bedroom features a California King bed with TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo, and separate vanity area, and a stacked washer/dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. With a mud area at the entry, and an outside ski locker accessible, you can offload all your adventure gear. You have a private deck where you can soak up the gorgeous mountain and meadow views, and easily spill out on to the grassy lawn, or play in the snowy fields. Or if you have to work or school remotely, there is a home office space to get your remote HQ situated. This unit is pet friendly, and allows one dog, and is non-smoking or vaping. Close by is the new Mammoth Rec Zone and LA Kings Ice, offering year-round recreation opportunities, Winter ice skating and the Mammoth Creek park, this makes this location and unit the perfect family friendly spot. There is a year-round covered community hot tub and sauna, and you are a short distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The one there now is different from the one pictured in the listing, it's the same style but grey with a lower back. The back is so low it only comes up to less than your lower back and gives no support. We were glad to leave and get back to comfortable furniture back home.

There are plenty of USB plugs around the condo, which was convenient for keeping devices charged. Things like like thermostats and light switches have labels which makes it easy to get oriented when arriving late at night. Nest thermostats are easy to use, but seem to be on a set schedule. They reset to low temperature several times during our stay.
