Find cozy warmth, an abundance of alpine atmosphere, and incredible convenience at this condo near the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Nestled among fragrant pines in the Mountain Shadows Condominiums, this two-story retreat places you less than a mile from Eagle Lodge at the base of Mammoth Mountain.
Mountain Shadows is a wonderful escape all year round, offering a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, gas grills, picnic areas, and laundry facilities on its wooded grounds. In addition to the Eagle Express Lift less than a mile west, you'll be close to the Sierra Star Golf Course (just under a mile) and the gondola, shops, restaurants, and apres-ski spots in Mammoth Village (just over a mile).
Whether you spend your days skiing or hiking, you'll be greeted by a delightful mountain ambience as you step through the door. Beneath the living room's lofty ceilings, you can unwind on leather sofas, toast your toes by the fireplace, and watch your favorite movies on TV. In the summer, double sets of glass doors open to the deck, where you can breathe in the fresh pine air. In winter, prepare hearty meals together in the eat-in kitchen as the snow piles high outside.
Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, including a primary suite on the main floor with its own TV. The guest suite has the upstairs to itself, but please note that there is no privacy door on the staircase.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.
-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.
-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
