"Eine absolut tolle Wohnung. Zentral gelegen und Top ausgestattet. Eine wirklich hochwertige Einrichtung die zum wohlfühlen einläd. Mit dem Fahrstuhl ganz einfach zum Bäcker/Supermarkt oder der Tiefgarage. Direkt durch die Deichpasage zum Hafen. Eine sehr große Terrasse die bei Sonnenschein komplett durch eine Markiese geschützt wird. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und auch der Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr freundlich.Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir überlegen die Wohnung nochmals zu buchen."

Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen."
