To start with, there are no signs anywhere on the outside of the building with the Motel name. At check-in I was charged $2 more than quoted by hotels.com, a $2 "utility fee" and an additional $100 credit card hold. All 3 treated as separate transactions. Took forever. Rooms old and dated, but relatively clean. The Front Desk has no cash to make change and the vending machines are permanently "out of order". I went to the Hilton next door for vending. They were friendly and gracious. I will be staying there next time.

The mattress was good. The shower had good water flow. The fridge was good had plenty of ice in it. But doors on the cabinets for hanging down not level. If you wanted to use the kitchen you had to bring your own dishes your own pots pans silverware and everything else to work so there is no cooking in it unless you brought all your own stuff from your home. Floors were not very clean walked around in our bare feet and had nasty feet because they were very mirrors were not cleaned well streaky all over the place with water marks from old splatters. The air conditioner was awesome though it got really cold in there which is what I like. Oh and the TV would come on with the remote after a few seconds of pushing the on button but would not change any channels or turn up or down or turn off. Had to use the button on the bottom of the TV to get it to shut off. Overall not very happy and would not stay here yet nor recommended to anyone else. And I am not a person to write reviews very much but this one was very bad.

There was no sign that was lit to find the hard to see at night building and driveway. Small parking lot. Reserved the room on line. When we arrived at 9:40pm. We called to guarantee late check in. Upon arrival discovered there was a family of 5bin our room. The new and helpful gentleman checking us in had difficulty switching rooms on the computer system. He called the owner in India to solve the problem. Discovered that these reservations are all done in India and then there were no clean rooms for a pet. After the new night shift person was able to correct the situation and get us a room 75 minutes later after a 13 hour drive. The room was clean enough. Paint peeling from bathroom cabinets. Beds hard, pillows some flat, some fluffy. For the price and needing sleep for 8 hrs it was adequate.
