The hotel is fine, except the room temperature way too high and not adjustable, the dinner menu poor but reasonable. Everything is clean and spacious. Typical hotel chain. Not close to the center of Lund

All in all it was perfect, I would have preferred a wardrobe in our room though. We did manage with 3 people and 3 nights, but if we stayed longer, it would have been difficult, as I hate living out of a suitcase

Horrible place. They advertising that there is a Spa, but there isn't. Pool is dirty and the changing area is just not up to standard. Everything was like a 2 star hotel, I can't understand how this hotel got 4 stars. We are never visiting any Scandic hotel again.

Pænt hotel, lidt slidt. Rengøring af værelset kunne have været bedre. Der lå snus poser på gulvtæppet ved siden af sengen. Savnede ægte smør til morgenmad, det var magarine.

Helt okej

Helt okej hotell för en barnfamilj utan alltför stora krav. En enda person i receptionen vid incheckning var i minsta laget. Personal fanns på plats, men de jobbade uppenbarligen inte med att ta emot gäster. De gemensamma utrymmena såsom pool mm var överraskande bra. Rummen var rena, men hade passerat bäst före datum vad gäller vissa delar av inredningen. Hotellet i sig ligger i en ganska tråkig del av Lund.

Fremragende morgenmad - skuffende poolområde

Fair til prisen, men vi var skuffede over poolområdet, der ikke var ligeså indbydende som billederne viste - der er kun ét bassin - og man skal booke tid i receptionen, lidt bøvlet system med en QR kode og afhentning af en lånenøgle. Og så kunne vi først få tid sent om aftenen, fordi der var mange bookinger. Bordfodboldbordet havde de ikke længere - det var gået i stykker - så der var kun et krea-bord med perler og et bordtennisbord, der var optaget det meste af tiden. Da vi kom til, havde børnene før os ødelagt bolden. Receptionen havde ikke flere - dem ville de sørge for at købe næste dag, fik vi at vide. Træningsrummet var fint - der er bl.a. en spinningcykel. Værelset var rent og sengene gode. Sovesofaen var slået ud og redt op. Fjernsynet på rullestativ kunne køres ind foran dobbeltsengen. Miljøvenlighed er svært at udtale sig om, men der var fraktioner i skraldespanden på værelset. Fremragende morgenbuffet! Gode muligheder for laktosefrie / veganske alternativer til mælkeprodukter.
