Excellent buffet breakfast with Swedish pancakes, coffee, various cold cuts, lox, herring, breakfast rolls, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, etc. Room was very clean.

The staff was terrific. Being an older property it could use upgrading. The bathrooms were small and outdated, the bathtubs were dangerous. The tub should be replaced with walk in showers

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service fantastic breakfast But….. Only 7 Swedish tv chanals! Notice ONLY Swedish and the smallest television as Room a bit small (booked the smallest type)

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s so convenient to walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes away, several excellent cafes and bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast that is included is a buffet that was above and beyond our expectations, perfect selection and everything was so fresh! The bed was so comfortable. The room was great, excellent soundproofing. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful square. This was an excellent choice and we want to return to Lund, in part to stay at this charming, elegant hotel!

Property located in beautiful Lund town. However the hotel is dated and needs upgrade. The rooms have no Air conditioning which was an issue at night as it was warm in the room. Fortunately there is a fan available in the room which made it tolerable at night. No coffee/tea facility in room either. The breakfast spread was very good though.

Location, first glimpse and brekfast - amazing!

Very good location, beautiful interior (corridors, staircases, lobby), amazingly good breakfast, but room quality - unfortunately, very average. The room was tiny, but I wouldn't complain about it if it was clean. The furniture and decorations were old-fashioned (quite nice, actually), but the desk area was not clean (crumbs under the information folder, smudges on the desktop), the armchair cover felt also too dusty. The bedsheets were clean and okay but the duvet much too thick for July. At night I was sweating, which was very uncomfortable. I got a room with a view of a roof of another building and some pipes, but this was just my bad luck.

This hotel is a real gem in the center of Lund. Close to all the shopping areas, restaurants, and the train station that brings you to Malmö in 15 minutes. We opted to stay longer in the Grand Hotel instead of spending a night in Malmo. The rooms are great, phenomenal breakfast buffet, and very friendly and helpful personnel.
