"This was our 3rd visit and the room was very well kept and neat. I cannot recall if there was an iron previously but we did miss this - perhaps a mini foldable ironing board and iron could be provided. The salt and pepper shakers had the wrong contents (salt shaker had pepper in it and vice versa). The privacy screen at the pool looks great. We could unfortunately not use the pool as it seems like a corporate group booked most of the cottages and spent their entire stay at the pool which left no...

"Solid apartment for a week. Quiet building. Easy access to the shopping mall. Only issue was the TV apps and WiFi didn’t function properly, random websites like Microsoft, Slack, etc. wouldn’t load, and I didn’t have time to arrange for someone to come fix it."

"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."
