Welcome to this fantastic two-storey house located only 350 metres away from the beach in Can Picafort and perfect for 9 people to spend their summer vacation.
In this summer house of a coastal residential area a great terrace is awaiting in the front of the house in order to enjoy a good coffee or an OJ together with cereals or toasts before you head to the beach to spend the day. When coming back, the best plan is to enjoy a delicious lunch under the sun shade or a diner alfresco with the great company of the sea breeze.
When you enter, you find a great living-dining room with a traditional style but comfortable at the same time because you will have two cosy sofas to watch the satellite TV channels or chat all together. Please note that the fireplace is a decorative element. Then you find the large kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, long countertops and a helpful table with chairs. Behind the kitchen door you will find the laundry room with a washer, an iron and an ironing board as well as the stairs to the upper floor. The house features 5 bedrooms where you can rest during your vacation, 4 of them with a closet. On the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and a fan and also a bathroom with a tub for the whole floor. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two of them with a double bed and one more with a single bed. You will also find 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower and a second living area with AC.
The surroundings are perfect for family vacations since the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet place although lively at the same time thanks to the great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and the long promenade by the shore which is only 350 metres away. The long kilometres of fine sand and crystalline waters invite to swim and practice water sports like windsurf, kitesurf or maybe you feel like riding a water scooter. Then, those who love playing golf find the best course with wonderful sea views in Alcanada, about 14 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
