45 m2 house, facing the pine forest, terrace, garden and tranquillity

  • In the area of the Pont Royal golf course, house of about 45m2 raised by one floor, established on a plot with private garden (about 200 m2) and a tiled terrace with table and chairs.
    It is oriented towards the pine forest and is located in a quiet place of the estate. Fully equipped house.

    It consists on the first floor:
    - an entrance with toilet and storage cupboard (under the stairs) with washer dryer
    - a living room opening onto the terrace and the garden with a sofa bed (sleeps two)
    - an open kitchenette fitted and equipped

    Upstairs:
    - two bedrooms with wardrobes (one bedroom with a double bed, the second with a single bed that can be doubled)
    - a bathroom (bath) with toilet.

    The Domaine de Pont Royal is secure: a guard post is active 24 hours a day.

Halte pratique et agréable sur le chemin des vacances

Petite maison pratique et bien agencée. Nous ne sommes restées que pour la nuit mais la proximité avec le village de vacances fait qu’il y a tout a proximité, boulangerie, resto, piscine etc Jardin et terrasse agréables le soir, sans vis à vis

Correspond bien au descriptif. Seul bémol..il faut impérativement installer une climatisation !!! Chaleur insupportable pour nous et le petit.
