Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff.
Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. 」

「What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.」
