"We had been traveling for a month with no long stops. We stayed here for six nights before flying back to the US. The television didn’t work and owner/manager didn’t fix it. We reported it the first day, they changed batteries in the remote, no joy. We would really liked having news programs. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. "The hotel is perfectly suitable for an overnight stay while waiting for a flight. While the map suggests it's within walking distance, it's actually about a 10-minute drive. Otherwise, it's not within walking distance of shops and other public areas. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport for about $3.00. The room is quite clean and comfortable."

"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all."

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to, the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Its restaurant offers a great variety of food which was delicious, the price was accessible, the service was excellent as the people were really friendly and helpful. And I have to mention the beautiful and unique interior design which makes the place really inviting and incorporates elements of nature in a balanced way. Plus the atmosphere of the surroundings are mystical and precious, it is well located as it ain’t far from tourist attractions and it has its own private parking. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel really soon. "
