This is a simple, clean motel in a safe area. The staff are very friendly. My reservation was messed up and working with Expedia , the receptionist corrected it and even upgraded our room choice. Very pleased. I recommend dining at The Black Bear cafe just down the road.

Quirky but nice house that is convenient to everything we wanted to do in KF. The owner quickly responded when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out of the house. It was a great value that I would recommend.

This was the best place we’ve stayed BY FAR!!! The owners were amazing,friendly, & always available! Place was perfect for two couples & the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need when away from home. We will definitely be back soon & can’t wait!
